Celebrations begin...

Today Erin made an awesome Thanksgiving dinner for us since we'll be gone for Thanksgiving this year. -Oddly enough, we are both headed to the Oregon/Washington area and will be about 15 minutes apart from each other visiting different families/friends!  She had the whole meal with all the fixins' - and though I was completely full from a late lunch, I couldn't resist her tasty meal..... with pumpkin cheesecake to top it off.
